authentic charm and kindness
convenient location music player coffee machine decent breakfast
the location is great since it is close to shops and restaurants in the heart of al seef. my room was near the reception and restaurant which was convenient. i found the music player and coffee machine to be nice additions in my king heritage room souq view. the breakfast had a decent selection of items.
the room lighting was a bit dim even with all the lights on. it made it a little difficult to see clearly at night.

the staff demonstrated great kindness and hospitality. they were quick to respond to requests and offered helpful information about the area. ashok, the room attendant, maintained a professional cleaning approach.

the staff was courteous. the room had a lovely design. i found the area to be nice. the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The location was amazing. It reminded me of living right in a souk. breakfast offered a great variety of foods and the presentation was wonderful. i really appreciated the quick room service i received.

amazing staff traditional charm comfortable room
The staff were amazing. the hotel itself has a lovely traditional charm. the room was nice and neat. It was a two-bed room and well kept throughout my stay.
The freshness of the food could be better. It requires some improvement. a bit more attention to quality in the morning spread would really enhance the overall experience. the breakfast had a variety of options available, though

The hotel location provided convenient access to nearby shops. there are a lot of shops nearby for buying souvenirs and dried foodstuffs. the hotel is near restaurants and cafes. A water taxi station is also close by, though the metro stop requires a 15-minute walk.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel provided a buggy service. Argun was particularly friendly. i was provided with prompt assistance and directions. I felt well-cared for , though there was a language barrier with some staff.
